Care Types: Live-in Care
Cera was founded with the aim of providing high-quality care for people of all ages in the comfort of their own homes. To achieve this ambition, we take a holistic approach to home care and form close partnerships with our clients, our staff, their families, and other specialist health care providers.
We deliver care at home that is easy to access, trustworthy and reliable. We offer live-in care, daytime visits and overnight care and provide a full range of services that can be tailored to suit our clients’ needs. We highly value transparency and create daily care reports on the services we provide, making them accessible to our clients, their loved ones, and GPs anytime they wish.
We only work with highly skilled carers, who love what they do and have a minimum of five years of experience in their role. Each member of our care team is carefully vetted to give our clients complete peace of mind. The members of our care team have been selected not only for their experience and skills, but also for their commitment and desire to make a real and positive difference for the people they care for. This thorough screening process ensures our care team is able to offer the expert home care service we stand for.
As well as high-quality personal care, our carers provide companionship, household help, and medication prompting. To help our clients to continue enjoying the simple pleasures, our carers can assist them with running errands, dog walking, travelling and participating in social activities. To ensure our clients receive the healthcare they need, we will arrange visits from nurses, GPs, physiotherapists and other healthcare specialists.
