Maiden Care Services Limited also known as Maidencare, is a Home care provider which provide care and support to people living in their own homes. We provide care and support to Adults, including the elderly with Dementia and Alzheimers; the physically disabled; and people with learning disabilities. Our services are for both private funded and social services funded service users, for either short term or long term contracts of live-in care, respite care, 24 hours services, sits in and daily visits.

We carried out this inspection under Section 60 of the Health and Social Care Act 2008 as part of our regulatory functions. This inspection was planned to check whether the provider was meeting the legal requirements and regulations associated with the Health and Social Care Act 2014 and to look at the overall quality of the service, and to provide a rating for the service under the Care Act 2014.
Before the inspection we reviewed information we held about the service including statutory notifications. Statutory notifications include information about important events which the provider is required to send us.
The inspection was announced and carried out by one inspector. We gave the provider 48 hoursâ notice to ensure that they would be available to support us with our inspection.
During the inspection we spoke with two people who used the service, one relative, three staff members, the training and development manager and the registered manager. We received information from health and social care professionals. We viewed information relating to two peopleâs care and support. We also reviewed records relating to the management of the service.
