End of life care in Bedfordshire

Bedfordshire Partnership for Excellence in Palliative Support (PEPS)

The PEPS service is designed in partnership between Bedfordshire Clinical Commissioning Group, Sue Ryder and other healthcare providers. It aims to remove the many layers of communication that you may have previously needed with health and social care professionals for the delivery of your care. The service offers a single point of contact through the PEPS Coordination Centre, which is hosted by Sue Ryder at St John’s Hospice in Moggerhanger.

The PEPS Coordination Centre is available for patients, families, carers and health and social care professionals when help and support is needed. However, the service is not designed to replace your existing GP and nurse relationship.

For more information about the PEPS Coordination Centre please call: 01767 642410 and ask to speak to the PEPS Team.
