Care Choices provide free public information services to assist in your search for care information. There are two services:

For care of disabled adults (16 - 64) there is the Disabilities Care Register.

For care of the elderly there is the Care Select Helpline Service.

Through the completion of a short questionnaire we are able to provide you with a short-list of appropriate care providers that meet your requirements and preferences.

The Disabilities Care Register (DCR)
disabilities care register The Disabilities Care Register (DCR) is a free public service allowing anyone searching for care provision for (or on behalf of) adults with disabilities, to access information about appropriate care homes and services within geographical constraints set only by themselves. The service is not limited by existing government/council/local authority boundaries.

We will send information about these homes direct to you and with your permission can arrange for the care homes to send you their brochure.

The Care Select Helpline Service

care select helpline The Care Select Helpline Service is a free information service, matching an individual's care requirements to suitable homes through our comprehensive database of UK registered care providers. Simply complete this form and we will send information about these homes direct to you and with your permission can arrange for the care homes to send you further information.
