Specialist day opportunities for adults with dementia
Specialist MindCare Dementia Support Centres MindCare Dementia Support has two centres in the Borough of Bromley, to help adults with dementia stay in their communities and homes.
The centres provide support during the day for up to 6 days a week. All care is tailored to the personal history and interests of the adult with dementia, with stimulating activities in indoor and outdoor environments.
