Yorkshire home care provider, Caremark (East Riding) recently hosted a Digni-Tea afternoon in support of National Dignity in Action Day earlier in the month.
This is the second event held by the East Riding provider and was every bit as successful as the first one, with clients and staff alike enjoying fun and conversation over tea and beautiful home-made cakes at their new, spacious offices in Hessle.
A special cake was made by a member of Caremark (East Riding) care team to mark the occasion.
Director, Karen Precious, donned an apron and helped serve the teas and welcome guests. “We would like to sincerely thank all of our staff members for their tremendous efforts and patience in organizing our second annual Digni-Tea afternoon in support of ‘Dignity in Care’” said Karen Precious.
The relaxing afternoon gave everyone the opportunity to share and learn more about the importance of Dignity in Care and becoming Dignity Champions.
Precious concluded: “Very special thanks must go to all our Care Workers who produced such a wonderful buffet which was thoroughly enjoyed by all”.
Caremark (East Riding) provide care and support for people of all ages, abilities and ethnicities who wish to remain living safely and independently at home, as well as supporting them to access activities within their local community.
