Alfriston Court is located in the picturesque Sussex Down, set in nearly four acres of lawns and gardens.

The Edwardian style home is situated near Seaford, in the scenic tourist village of Alfriston, which has a rich history.

Alfriston Court is a luxurious home that offers both residential and nursing care.

All our 26 bedrooms are uniquely designed, with most having views, a patio or balcony. We also have a two-roomed luxury suite. All rooms are furnished by us to a high standard, however residents can bring their own furniture if they wish. Each room has a private telephone, television, and a spacious en suite with a toilet and hand basin.

The unique setting provides an unparalleled sense of peace and tranquility, which extends to the atmosphere of the home. Our activities team work closely with residents to provide a range of stimulating and enjoyable social activities, both within the home and as part of the community.
