‘Making our home, your home’ – Autumn House Nursing Home provides both Nursing and Residential Care, which can accommodate 65 clients across two floors.

Autumn House is located in the heart of the town of Stone, Staffordshire. The home provides many services to the residents including Hairdressing, Chiropody, Opticians, and many more. The experienced and professional care team is dedicated to looking after the individual needs of the residents, by working with each resident and their loved ones to develop an individual personal care plan.

Autumn House Nursing Home aims to meet the needs of all its residents by achieving six core values of care:

  • Privacy
  • Dignity
  • Rights
  • Independence
  • Choice
  • Fulfilment

Northgate Healthcare Purchased Autumn House in 2018 to bring the purpose-built home back to it being the leading nursing home in the area, after poor management and uncertainty. Northgate Healthcare has plans to start major refurbishment soon (2021) to bring this home back to life and meet up to the high standards of the care provided.
