Beloved Homecare, is a family run business based in Urmston, rated ‘Outstanding’ by the Care Quality Commission in 2018 and 2020.

The motivation to enter the homecare market came after a family member received poor quality care whilst suffering with the early stages of dementia.

The company was awarded an overall ‘Outstanding’ CQC rating following an inspection in January 2018 and then again in December 2020. Beloved Homecare is the only provider of adult social care within the Trafford Borough to have an outstanding CQC rating and one of four within Greater Manchester to have four or more individual lines of enquiry at ‘Outstanding’.

With ‘Outstanding’ home care services from Beloved Homecare, our clients continue to live independently within the comfort and familiarity of their own home instead of having to go into residential care.

Client welfare is at the heart of every decision made and because of this, continual feedback is hugely important. A high level of transparency ensures that the care provided is of the highest possible standard and is meeting all service user requirements.

All members of staff are subjected to thorough pre-employment checks to ensure safety and compliance. Members of staff all receive comprehensive training with regular updates to maintain the high standard of care delivered.

Coronavirus Information

In this time of crisis, it’s important for our online readers to understand what we are doing to keep our carers and clients safe from the global pandemic COVID-19, commonly known as coronavirus.

  1. Carers are required to wash their hands thoroughly with soap & hot water before attending a client visit and after finishing with the client. Carers are provided with their own towel and full sets of PPE.
  2. We are continuing to supply our carers with gloves, aprons, hand-sanitizer, masks and, visors.
  3. We are encouraging and regularly updating staff to follow all government and health expert guidance. This includes keeping 2 metres away from others when out in public & washing hands regularly.
