Coronavirus Info

Welcome to Caremark Peterborough! We are a domiciliary care provider, supporting people in their own homes to live as independent as possible, the way they want to.

We can provide ongoing support for a wide range of needs, including:

  • domestic,
  • shopping,
  • companionship support,
  • accessing the community,

As well as higher level needs such as:

  • mobility and medication support,
  • dementia,
  • mental health,
  • physical disabilities,
  • learning disabilities.

Staff are also trained to support with End of Life and palliative care, working well alongside families and other health professionals to ensure that all emotional and clinical needs are met. We can also offer a Live-in service if this is required.

At Caremark Peterborough, we are dedicated to providing that personal touch, so service users are provided with their own dedicated support staff to build a small team of familiar caregivers that know the service user and their needs.

Our quality is based on our Team Motto – “Does it pass the Mum Test? Would we be happy with this service for our own loved one?”. Every service user is on a journey, and we aim to make that journey a little bit easier.

Covid-19 Update

At Caremark Peterborough, we have been adhering to all government guidance precautions throughout the pandemic to ensure the safety of our service users, as well as anyone new joining the service.

We will always use PPE when conducting any face to face meetings and visits. All staff have been keen to undertake the vaccine program and have all had vaccinations when possible for them to do so to protect our service users. We also reduce the risk of transmission by having a small dedicated team per service user.

We conduct twice weekly testing of all staff and all staff are trained to deliver care to anyone who is infected with Covid-19, so your service will not change should there be an infection within your own household.

Senior staff carry out thorough personalised Covid-19 Risk Assessments of all staff and service users, which is reviewed regularly.
