Castle Rise is a care home providing quality nursing care located on the edge of Hull.

The care home is part of Castle Care Village, a group of friendly, purpose-built homes.

Castle Rise provides 24-hour nursing care to people with a range of needs, including older people in need of support and younger adults with acquired brain injuries.

The skilled care team focuses on ensuring that residents can maintain dignity, independence and choice. As well as emphasising the importance of hospitality, quality food and a wide variety of activities. The team are passionate about providing quality care to each individual living at the home.

There are 40 bedrooms at Castle Rise which all have en-suite facilities. Rooms are fully equipped but residents can bring their own furniture if they wish. The home is also fully accessible with step-free access throughout.

Individuals within Castle Rise receive advice and support from a range of health and social care professionals, including dieticians and speech and language therapists.

The activities team find out individual interests to create a full activities programme. There is also a nutritious menu on offer prepared by a skilled team of chefs.
