Lime Tree House is a 10 bed, nurse led, care home providing person centred care for people with Learning Disabilities, Mental Illness, Brain Injury and also neurological illnesses.

Lime Tree House is first and foremost a home to all our residents and we are building a history of success stories with the support and care from our dynamic and driven staff team.

Lime Tree House offers nursing and residential care. All bedrooms have large en-suite wet rooms and there are spacious dining and lounge areas; as well as a range of rooms offering activities, entertainment, vocational opportunities and a sensory environment. Our home has been designed to enable both energised, vibrant surroundings and quiet, more reflective areas to suit a broad range of needs; one of our biggest drivers being adaptability.

We can provide a home for younger people moving into adult care for the first time, offering
transitional support for new residents and their families. Likewise we provide an environment for more mature residents who may have experienced care settings before or are experiencing a change in circumstances and need care support for the first time.
