Manor House is an amazing, well-established, gracious retirement care home.

It is situated within its own beautifully kept grounds in old Morden.

Manor House is a privately-family run care home for elderly people with or without Dementia.

We provide personalised care packages, tailored to people’s holistic and personal care needs. Care includes residential and dementia, long term care and palliative care. We also offer respite.

Our dedicated and fully trained staff provide 24 hour compassionate care, 365 days a year. We recognise all our residents are individuals and go above and beyond to support them.

We are very proud of our staff at the Manor House. Our dedicated team, are all permanent and long-standing and we have not used agency staff for the past 32 years.

We work closely and collaboratively with different local authorities and have a very good partnership with all the healthcare professionals and Councils.

The majority of our residents are referred by word of mouth from previous residents and families, local authorities and healthcare professionals.

We maintained our overall recent CQC Good Ratings!

Manor House has a 5 Star Food Hygiene Rating and Environmental Health Inspection.

We have a very good relationship within our community. Our service users engage with community activities. We also support work experienced and volunteering for young people within our community to learn the required knowledge and skills to encourage them to work in the healthcare sector.

The Team

We pride ourselves at Manor House that our staff are very dedicated and conscientious . All our care staff are NVQ /QCF trained, Health and Social Care Level 2-3 Diploma holder. We fund our own staff trainingto keep knowledge and skills up to date as much as possible. As a team, “we uphold our core values that we have compassionate care for our residents because we really care.”

Staff at Manor House comprises of two managers, three senior carers and a care assistants who care day and night. We also have two Housekeepers, two Cooks and Maintenance Men.

A team of activity organisers encourage our Residents to pursue their former interests and hobbies and try new ones. They organise activities inside the home, excursions and family days throughout the year. We also have Monthly Themed celebrations in our Care Home which our residents, relatives, friends and staffs enjoys.
