Coronavirus Info

Marnel Lodge offers nursing and residential care services as well as expert dementia care in our Memory Lane Community.

The home has carefully chosen interior decoration and furnishings with well-maintained gardens and first floor terraces, which overlook serene views of the surrounding countryside.

At Marnel Lodge there is a range of communal and dining facilities to suit people who enjoy socialising as well as those who prefer quieter activities. Moreover, our unique care options are designed to offer residents an excellent, person-centred experience at our home. Our care team are always happy to offer helpful advice. They are also trained to provide a range of different services to those we support.

Additionally, the Memory Lane Community at Marnel Lodge is specially designed for people living with dementia; using colour schemes that help residents to identify areas within the home. We also have a life skills kitchen, where residents can be involved in everyday kitchen activities.

Furthermore, our activities team are great at building the activities programme around the likes and interests of our residents. We believe it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, for those who prefer peace and quiet, we always encourage a nice cup of tea and a chat.

Additionally, all of our food is made from the best fresh produce and cooked to the highest quality. A great deal of care is taken to accommodate all dietary requirements, and our meals are always prepared with the likes and dislikes of residents taken into consideration.
