Oakdown House is a CQC 3 star rated service providing person-centred residential care for adults with learning difficulties.

Set in five acres of mature grounds in the High Weald of Sussex, Oakdown has three separate residential units, each catering for varying individual needs.

Established in 1986, Oakdown House provides a wide range of person-centred support enabling the residents to fulfill their own individual potential. The emphasis of the care provided is on individual choice, supporting our residents to live full and valued lives, as independently as possible.

Person-centred care plans combined with key-worker input and total communication systems help our staff develop an awareness of each individual’s physical, emotional and social needs.

At Oakdown House the company directors & management team constantly monitor the quality of our service to maintain standards and ensure that we both meet and improve upon expectations of our service users, their family & friends & placing authorities.
