Covid-19 Update

The health, safety and wellbeing of our residents and staff has always been our highest priority. We have therefore taken immediate and extensive action in relation to the Covid-19 pandemic. We have specific & thorough infection control procedures that all followed closely by our Housekeeping and Care teams, weekly LFD & PCR testing for all staff and monthly for our Residents and a substantial stock of PPE.

We are very happy to say that we are able to host visits for our relatives in our lovely ‘Pod’ which is well lit, heated and has an intercom system for clear communication. It also provides a Covid secure space with it’s air tight PVC screen and comprehensive cleaning schedule to ensure we are continuing to protect our Residents and Staff. We are also continuing with Facetime and Skype calls for all our Residents whose family are not close enough to visit.

At present we can accept admissions from Residents in their own homes but not from Hospital settings due to the on-going pandemic. If you would like to know more please call or email us directly.
