Country Court Care Homes look forward to welcoming visitors on Care Home Open Day.

Care homes across the Country Court Care group are opening their doors to the local community, relatives and friends on Saturday 21st April 2018.

The idea behind the day is to encourage local people to visit care homes in their community and to work together to develop better relationships. This important connection is something that all our homes nurture through acting as a community hub.
