Abbots care festive party B has autism so can be tricky at times as quite different to domiciliary care in the community the use of schedules and social stories are critical for B’s well being to avoid anxiety. Seeing which staff are working and sleeping ahead of time is so important for preparing B .

The care I've generally received is excellent but there are 2 carers that are useless and I get the worst one almost every day and it's miserable. I could cry some days when I know she's coming here, and to make it worse the next carer gets very very upset because of the way she leaves things and she lies to me. I know I'm quite sensitive but I look forward to seeing most of my carers but when it's her or the other one I dread the visit. But the rest of my carers are amazing.kind caring clever.and don't mind doing anything. Excellent 😇😇

On the whole the care provided by Abbotts is good, and indeed better than from some other agencies that my dad has used. Like all agencies there are excellent, good and not so good carers. Fortunately my dad currently has more of the former
