Quality Weston-super-Mare Care Home Offering Fun and Companionship. Situated on Milton Road, overlooking Ashcombe Park, Acer House is one of the very finest Weston-super-Mare care homes.

As a residential, and dementia care home in Weston-super-Mare, we draw the majority of our residents from the North Somerset and Bristol areas. Acer House Weston-super-Mare is home to a happy community of residents who thrive on the care and companionship we provide. Our focus is always on improving the quality of living for our residents with an emphasis on the role that they, along with their families, can make in shaping home life. We offer a shared care experience with our companion suites, designed for couples, siblings, or friends seeking a caring and supportive environment together.

Our beautifully appointed residence is one of the newest Weston-super-Mare care homes and is furnished to a high standard. Our spacious bedrooms contain en-suite walk-in showers as well as flat-screen TVs and DVD players. In addition to quality single rooms, we also have suites so that couples can use one room as a private lounge area. Downstairs rooms open out onto our front and rear gardens, which are quiet and secluded. Residents can take advantage of our large, bright and airy lounges for social activities, or take some time out in the smaller, specially designed quiet lounges, which are perfect for reading a book or enjoying a moment of peace. Both of our the much-loved gardens surrounding our Weston-super-Mare care home are bursting with life, thanks to the excellent care and attention lavished upon them by our thriving gardening club. The enclosed rear garden backs onto Ashcombe Park. My Mum was in hospital for 3 weeks over the Christmas period, with pneumonia. She was not well enough to come home and Acer House came to my rescue, sorting out all the necessary paperwork and finding her a lovely room, in record time. Mum has improved in every way, both physically and mentally, in this lovely Care Home, in just two weeks, thanks to all the care and attention she receives. Mum is joining in with Activities, has made friends, is eating and drinking again and feels safe and comfortable. Nothing is too much trouble for the Carers and Staff. Mum Is happy and supported and her family are too. We love to visit everyday. So thank you to Sam and Kirsty and all your lovely team at Acer House for everything that you’ve done for Mum.

The team at Acer house are simply great, the home is lovely - I could not have found a better place for my Mum to stay. The staff don't just care about the residents, they are there to support the family too and I cannot thank them enough. They have lots of activities and the food is great, it has a lovely garden to sit in and the place is kept really clean and smells lovely. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Acer house to anyone that needs care for their loved ones.

I have nothing but praise for Acer House and all of the staff, the home really goes above and beyond for the residents and their families. All residents are treated with the utmost care and their personal needs are prioritised over everything else. Families are made to feel welcome and at home when they visit, as if it is a extension of their home. The activities run in the home are designed to both mentally and physically stimulate the residents and incorporate the residents personal hobbies and interests. The care is second to none and the home itself is very welcoming. Acer house is a happy caring home and I highly recommend it.

A truly wonderful care home. The staff are kind, attentive, and genuinely care about the residents, always treating them with dignity and warmth. The home is clean, welcoming, and has a lovely atmosphere. It’s incredibly reassuring to know loved ones are so well looked after. Highly recommended.

All residents are treated with the outstanding and unmarked care, Families are made to feel welcome at the home when they visit, The activities run in the home are brilliant for the residents and their needs, the care home is very welcoming.
