Our Team

Joseph Holmes

Manager

Joe has over 14 years experience of working in adult social care. He was formerly the Operations Manager of a residential care provider who specialised in providing care and accommodation for adults of the autism spectrum and people who had co-occuring mental health problems. Joe has a first class BA (tons) degree in health and social care and has a breadth of practical knowledge of various diagnoses/conditions, legislation and CQC regulations, having successfully guided two residential settings through numerous CQC inspections and PAMMS assessments. The two most recent inspection resulting in Outstanding overall and outstanding in the well-led KLOE.
