Albury Care Home in Guildford is a residential home that accommodates up to 33 people, specialising particularly in dementia care. Carers are well-trained experts in their work, acting with kindness and compassion in everything they do.

 

Our care is always focused around the individual. Each of our residents at our care home in Guildford develops a care plan to ensure that all of their needs are met, and family members are encouraged to get involved with this process so that they are safe in the knowledge that their loved one has all the support they need.

 

Every member of our team is an expert care provider, and we also offer continuing professional development so that we’re always improving our support and provision, as well as giving our staff the chance to thrive in the care environment. We’re dedicated to keeping all of our residents safe and happy, not only for care to be delivered where necessary, but also providing opportunities for residents to get involved in activities both in the home and the local community.
