Alexandra’s Community Care offers expert, flexible care solutions to help people with additional needs remain at home. We are one of the oldest home care providers in Cornwall providing a compassionate and person-centred approach since 1996.
Our wide range of services include support with personal care such as dressing, washing and medication, to palliative care, dementia care and support of more complex conditions. We can provide companionship and have also been able to support our clients in their different daily settings such as in the workplace and community activities. Recently we have also been able to extend our in-home services to include hairdressing, hand and foot care. Our agencies work extensively with the NHS to provide specialist care for advanced and complex conditions, for example, Motor Neurone Disease, Huntington’s, Parkinson’s, Multiple Sclerosis and Spinal Injuries.
We can offer long-term 24-hour solutions, as well as short-term care to cover a particular difficulty. With a nationally recognised in-house trainer, all our carers are expertly trained in the latest technologies and best practices so that they can provide care with skill, compassion and kindness.
