We're very impressed with the friendliness, care and empathy shown by all of your carers. Even on days when we're feeling down they manage to elicit a smile and encouraging word. You do an amazing job under sometimes difficult circumstances, just keep doing what you do!

Unlike the previous care company I used over the past few years, who I found unhelpful and unwilling to do various simple tasks, the carers from At Home Care on many occasions have gone beyond the call of duty. The carers are all so polite and friendly. They have exceeded all my expectations and I would definitely not hesitate to recommend At Home Care to others.

I have been using At Home Care to support my 98 year old mother for some years, and I have no concerns at all in leaving her in their care. Their personal service provision is respectful and carried out in a professional, but friendly style. Their admin is equally professional, with a can do attitude to changes that may be required.

Home Care have been very supportive and helpful with their care. When I’ve had any problems they are very approachable and quick to respond to any issues. I wouldn’t hesitate in recommending the Hemel Hempstead team

My mum had several different care companies over her last few years and I can easily say that At Home Care were by far the best. The carers genuinely cared and the management also were compassionate and understanding - not just to mum but to myself and my brother. They understood how difficult it could be to deal with mum's situation and were empathetic and went out of their way to try and accommodate any changes. Melissa would stay in contact with me to ensure mum always got the help she needed, but also to check on how I was doing. 1000% recommend 👌
