My mother-in-law was a very contented resident here so when a family friend needed to move from living alone, this was my first choice. Having toured most of the care homes in the area, we felt that Chorleywood Manor offered an excellent balance of dignified independent living alongside help with tasks and reassurance where necessary. The staff body is consistently kind and offer high quality care and, importantly, there is low turnover so there are always familiar faces around. The manager, Fiona, is responsive to individual needs and the lady, Tracy, who first met us and arranged the settling in went above and beyond to make us feel welcome. Finally cleanliness and food quality is high. This alongside the extremely well-behaved, occasionally-seen resident dog means Chorleywood Manor felt very quickly like home, thank you.

If carlesberg made care homes Chorleywood Manor would be it. What a great networking event run by terrific Tracy. All of the residents looked happy and were up for a jiggle

This care home is exceptional. The official rating is frankly ridiculous and not worth the paper it's written on (for something very minor in the scheme of things - an issue with an oxygen tank which was not in their control). It's a total insult to the staff who are absolutely wonderful in every way. They organise a wide range of activities for the residents and my father, while failing mentally and physically, is incredibly well looked after. It is a great comfort to my sister and I that he is in a place where he is comfortable and stimulated despite the great limitations of his dementia. Thank you Chorleywood Manor Care Home!!

I have visited this care home a few times, and each time have been met by friendly front of house staff. It is a warm, welcoming & beautiful home. Residents have a full programme of activities, and on one occasion they had a professional singer leading a session. Everything is spotless in the all of the communal and dining areas I have visited. Tracy (Client Liaison Manager) recently invited me for a networking lunch, and the hospitality, food and drinks were wonderful. Thank you for creating a lovely home for your residents.

Visited the Care Home on Wednesday this week for a meeting with Tracy Moore, the Client Liaison Manager. Tracy is a very lovely lady, extremely professional and polite and you couldn't wish to deal with a better person. I met with a number of staff, nurses and carers who were all fantastic people and made me feel very welcome. They really create a "family" feel and their energy and enthusiasm assures you that any person residing in their care is in the best of hands without question. The facilities, activities and well-being are first class and to the highest standards. I would have no hesitation in recommending Chorleywood Manor Care Home for my own family and friends!!
