Tohibat, who is also known as Florence, is the Home Manager at Beachcroft House Care Home, bringing over 14 years of experience in the health and social care sector. She began her career in 2012 as an agency Healthcare Assistant before securing a permanent role in 2015. Through dedication, hard work and a genuine passion for delivering exceptional care, she progressed to Senior Care Assistant, Team Leader, Deputy Manager in 2019, and was appointed Home Manager in 2025. Before moving into health and social care, Florence worked in banking and finance. She went on to achieve NVQ Levels 2, 3, 5 and 6 in Health and Social Care, equipping her with the knowledge and leadership skills to provide safe, person-centred care while leading high-performing teams. Florence is passionate about making a positive difference in the lives of older people by promoting dignity, independence and meaningful engagement. She believes exceptional care is built on compassion, strong leadership and teamwork, and is committed to creating a welcoming environment where residents feel valued, families feel supported and colleagues are empowered to deliver the highest standards of care.
