Bramble Home Care offers support to people who want to stay in their own home for as long as possible whether that is on a short or long-term basis.
Our goal is to help our clients to maintain their independence and quality of life by offering a service that is tailor-made to meet their needs. We offer a range of services, including care for those with dementia and support for their carers; supporting those with learning difficulties; recovery from visits to hospital; domestic support; companionship; assistance with visits to GP’s or hospitals and support on trips out or simply enabling you to continue to maintain your social life. Our aim is to develop a lasting relationship with our service users, to get to know them well, and focus on the details that produce a tailor-made service.
Our staff are professional, skilled, committed and friendly and they provide person-centred quality care for our service users and also support and advice for their families. We understand that most potential clients will want to meet us before using our services so we offer a free assessment which firstly allows us to get to know one another and also ensures that our services will be suitable for their needs. This meeting will usually take place where the care will be provided (usually the clients own home) and is completely free of charge and without obligation.
