Bromley Park Care Centre is a residential Home providing specialist 24-hour Nursing and Dementia care for the elderly.

Located on the Kent-London border, the Home is a grand Georgian building, refurbished to a high standard, whilst retaining many wonderful period features.

The Home offers 38 bedrooms and excellent amenities including two lounges, a large dining room, conservatory and onsite hair salon. The conservatory is an ideal place for residents to sit and enjoy their regular musical entertainment, or get up for a dance. There is also an extensive garden and patio area for enjoying outside.

The Home takes a holistic approach to the care and well-being of all residents and works hard to create a true home-from-home environment. Residents enjoy regular visits from singers, dancers and petting zoos, as well as bingo and karaoke. The Home’s minibus is also on hand for trips to the park, browsing the shops, lunch at the local coffee shop, watching a film at the cinema and visits to the golf course.

One of the first care providers to champion the importance of nutrition for the elderly and those with dementia, Nellsar employ a Nutrition and Wellness Manager for their Homes. Bromley Park acknowledges that nutrition and hydration are an integral part of good health and well-being and delivers well-balanced, nutritious meals and snacks to residents every day. All residents are offered a choice of food, to ensure all types of preferences and diets are catered for.

Employing high-tech care planning technology, care staff at Bromley Park use the ®Nourish system, spending less time on paperwork and more time caring for their residents.

They also use bespoke dementia care technology ‘interactiveMe’ as a way of further personalising their residents’ care, and as a tool for connecting individuals with their family and care staff around them. This personalised-online profile offers a wonderful tool for reminiscence too.

The Home also benefits from a well-being team of fully-qualified holistic therapists who use nurturing touch, complementary therapies and relaxing treatments to improve residents’ quality of life and sense of well-being.
