Bromson Hill Nursing Home is an independent nursing home established for over 20 years and located in the quiet village of Ashorne, near Warwick.

In the peaceful heart of the Warwickshire countryside, we offer a safe, caring environment and pride ourselves on providing an excellent standard of care to all our residents.

We realise that moving into a nursing home can be a difficult time, which is why we encourage all our residents to make themselves at home and offer all new residents trial periods settle in at Bromson Hill. Residents are encouraged to decorate their rooms as they wish, often surrounding themselves with home comforts and treasured photographs. With en-suite rooms and a wide range of activities available, all our residents can find the perfect balance between privacy and socialising.

Every day we offer a range of activities for residents to take part in to ensure everyone shares an enjoyable atmosphere. All of the activities are optional so everybody has a choice of how they spend their time here.

We have a full-time dedicated activities coordinator which demonstrates our commitment to ensuring residents are able to have as active a lifestyle as possible.

Bromson Hill activities

We try to take on board our residents’ suggestions and are always looking for ways to broaden the range of activities we offer. One of the ways we do this is by holding monthly residents meeting attended by residents, their relatives and staff.

Our close bond with the people we care for means we are constantly aware of their changing needs and can tailor our recreation programme to suit their desires. Many residents want to visit Warwick to go shopping or simply enjoy the beautiful surrounding countryside. Our carers endeavour to take residents out when they ask, blending independence with protection and peace of mind.

We have our own mini-bus and are able to take residents and their families on day-trips.
