Nurse Next Door provided housekeeping support to my mother, keeping her house clean and helping with laundry, etc. They were very flexible in adding extra sessions when she needed more support, and the carers were always cheerful and willing. Towards the end of her life, they were able to change her care overnight from four visits per week to three visits per day with two carers experienced in personal care. It was this ability to change so quickly that enabled us to keep my mother at home, where she wanted to be, until the end, and we are very grateful for this.

At Christmas 2024, my Dad was in A&E suffering from dehydration. It became clear at that point that he needed home care and we engaged Nurse Next Door in early 2025. A bespoke, flexible care package was applied and the benefit to Dad was immediately obvious. He was able to watch his favourite football team win a play off match at Wembley in May. This would not have been possible without Nurse Next Door's contribution to his wellbeing. Dad's care plan is reviewed regularly, his carers are conscientious and committed. Office staff are organised and readily available when needed. Simply put, Dad would not be able to live independently without the support of Nurse Next Door, to the obvious benefit for him and the wider family

Excellent service! Our patient lives alone and needed someone to escort her home and stay with her for a couple of hours. The care provided was outstanding from start to finish. I will definitely make Nurse Next Door my first point of contact in the future. Our patient was delighted with the exceptional care and would be happy to use their services again.

Nurse next door have been taking care of my elderly aunt for several months, they have always been reliable and very professional and have treated my aunt with kindness and understanding. Will definitely continue to use them if service remains as good as it has been.
