Care Your Way is a small business (Non Agency) in Swindon providing care to clients that would like to remain in their own homes.
We help those with life changing illness, disabilities or age related issues that affect their everyday lives who want to maintain their independence in an environment they are used to.
Care Your Way can provide care both long and short term. From full packages to assistance with daily tasks.
Our services include:
- Meal preparation
- Personal care
- Shopping and social calls
- Hospital appointments – including remaining with clients during investigations to relieve the added upset to family members during procedures
- Overnight respite
I like to make a difference to clients and their families so both parties are able to continue with their own lifestyle and visiting becomes QUALITY time and NO longer an added daily routine.
I pride myself in being able to work with clients, their families and healthcare professionals to determine the level of care/support needed along with continuity throughout my time as care provider.
Care needs may change frequently and being a regular carer I get to recognise changes both positive and cause for concern, which then can be acted upon accordingly.
Once a decision has been made and care services are in place with the client, a file will remain in their home with personal details to assist Paramedics, Homeline and other Healthcare Professionals in the case of emergency.
With fourteen years as a carer to a family member plus a further nine years experience of care in the community and assisted living, I understand just how important it is to deliver the correct care and support for every Individual. I am fully insured and DBS checked.

“The best thing my sister and I ever did was to employ Tracey and not an agency to care for our mother as there is consistency of care in using a private carer…
After caring for our mother for about 6 months and doing full time jobs a colleague handed me a card for Care Your Way with Tracey’s details. Mum (now 89) has dementia, diabetes, is housebound and walks with a zimmer frame and having the same carer 90% of the time ensures that Mum is familiar with her carer and the carer is fully aware of Mums circumstances.” – Janice
“Her professionalism is truly first class and her understanding of the social care system is second to none.
She has an outgoing disposition that allows her clients to feel at ease with her and this was clearly evident with my mother after just a few visits.” – Anonymous
