The Registered Manager ensures Care24Seven meets all regulatory and quality standards, including those set by the Care Quality Commission (CQC), and plays a central role in managing compliance, audits, safeguarding, and continuous service improvement.

With in-depth knowledge of complex care pathways — including Discharge to Assess, Reablement, End-of-Life Care, and Supported Living — she leads a well-trained and compassionate workforce, supported by robust digital systems such as Birdie to deliver transparency, accountability, and positive outcomes.

As Compliance Manager at Care24Seven, Aarti plays a key role in ensuring the service operates to the highest standards of safety, quality, and accountability. She leads on internal audits, policy reviews, spot checks, and training oversight, making sure all care delivered is fully compliant with CQC regulations and aligned with best practice.

Aarti works closely with both the Registered Manager and frontline care teams to embed a culture of continuous improvement. She ensures that staff are up to date with essential training, that incidents are appropriately investigated and actioned, and that any concerns raised by service users or families are handled with professionalism and care.

We have used Care24seven now for many years. Since the new management team took over a few years ago, the agency have improved 100%. Carers are now reliable and the team of carers now supporting my brother are all excellent. For such an organisation to succeed, it needs to function well across the whole organisation and this is now true of Care24seven.

The care provided has been of excellent standard, they really helped us out of tight spot when mum's regular holiday care fell through last minute over Christmas, accommodated us by allowing us to meet the carer first and brought lots of professional knowledge and a new approach to care providing we weren't finding through private cover. A real recommendation.
