Manager

Sharon, a seasoned professional with a robust background as an Operations Manager at Royal Mail, brings a wealth of valuable management expertise to the table. In 2011, she took the initiative to establish Caremark Bromley, and since then, she has played a pivotal role in steering the company through a remarkable trajectory of growth and success.

Registered Care Manager As we know, working in social care is more than a job, it’s a profession! It takes a certain type of person, someone with fortitude, courage, a bright disposition, and an irresistible passion to succeed. These are all the qualities that Rosemarie possesses as a great manager and leader. upholding quality and business development as per CQC standards. Rosemarie started off her career as a domiciliary care worker only a few years after moving to the United Kingdom, with no previous experience in an industry that was still unrecognized at the time. Over a 20 years span, Rosemarie has transcended from domiciliary care worker to manager of the company she started with, to Registered Manager at Caremark Bromley which delivers over 5000 weekly hours. Rosemarie’s most recent achievement is establishing a service for children and young people with Autism, learning disabilities, and complex needs. looking after 47 children since launching 3 years ago.

Training and Recruitment Manager

Kafilat is our Training and Recruitment Manager. She began her career with Caremark as a care coordinator and has worked the field getting to know our customers. 

Prior to joining Caremark, Kafilat worked for 16 years in HR and as a retail induction trainer for M&S. This helped her as she became the training manager, holding fun and engaging training sessions on a weekly basis. 

In Kafilat’s words, working in care has been the most rewarding job she has ever had.

Ajay has worked with the company since 2020. He has previously worked in Customer Service but after the Covid lockdown realised his passion was to be helping others. Ajay started as a Care and Support worker, learning what it means to work in Health and Social care with Caremark Bromley’s variety of service users. Due to his previous experience, he was then invited to work as Care Coordinator but is now working in marketing.

Oreoluwa’s dedication to providing health care and community service has earned her adequate exposure and experience, and she continues to be inspired towards making a difference in the world. Oreoluwa is currently the Care Coordinator for the Orpington area.
