Dr Owden is fortunate to have a wonderful team of professionals in the team working across the county delivering care in the community to anyone who is vulnerable. Dr Owden has a healthcare degree, medical degree, post graduate degree, and is a qualified medical examiner, professional biologist and a home care award judge.
