Jennifer Jenkins

Manager

Jennifer qualified as a Registered Nurse in 2002 and went on to complete a Master’s degree in Advanced Clinical Practice in 2012. She has worked in both A+E and General Practice, with a particular interest in frailty.  In 2024, Jenny’s mother sadly passed away after a courageous battle with Alzheimer’s disease. During this time, Jenny witnessed both exceptional and inadequate standards of care, which deeply influenced her perspective.  Following her mother’s passing, she became even more determined to make a meaningful difference within the care sector. Her commitment to delivering outstanding, person-centred care is unwavering, and she recognises the vital importance of enabling clients to remain in the comfort of their owns homes, receiving compassionate, individualised support that promotes independence and dignity.

Jenny Jenkins is truly exceptional, both as a person and as an Advanced Clinical Practitioner. She brings a rare combination of genuine compassion, calm professionalism, and deep clinical knowledge to everything she does. I had the privilege of working alongside Jenny in general practice for six years, and throughout that time she consistently demonstrated outstanding care, particularly for elderly patients. She has a natural ability to connect with them, showing patience, kindness, and respect in every interaction, while also delivering safe, thoughtful, and highly skilled clinical care. Jenny is incredibly knowledgeable and always approaches her work with diligence and integrity. She is a valued colleague, a trusted clinician, and someone who makes a real difference to the lives of her patients. I genuinely cannot sing her praises enough. Anyone who works with or is cared for by Jenny is very fortunate.

I’ve known Jenny and Dave personally for some time and can honestly vouch for their character. They’re incredibly caring, passionate, and genuinely invested in helping others. Both are very well organised, kind, and easy to communicate with, always making people feel comfortable and supported. I would like to put on record how happy I am with the service Jenny and her team are providing for my 100 year old mother after her regular carer was taken into hospital. They got to know her quickly and as well as sorting out the dirty side of things have been great in encouraging to walk out more and eat better Mother loves her daily visits I could not recommend them more highly
