Caring Together provide tailored care and support to people of all ages in their homes and in the community.
We offer a service that is personalised to your own needs. This can be regular scheduled care, one-off visits or short-term support.
We work closely with you and your family to enable you to have choices about care and support you receive.
Our professional care workers provide care in the home and enable people to go out to enjoy activities in the community. They offer high-quality services which include personal care, medication support, meal preparation, attendance at an appointment, shopping or enabling people to take part in a hobby or activity.
Our visits last a minimum of one hour or longer and where possible we arrange for them to be made by the same members of our dedicated team. You should expect continuity of support and can build a relationship with the people supporting you, so they become a familiar face you can trust. This also gives our staff a good understanding of the individual’s needs, which is especially important for people living with dementia.
98% of our clients say that we help maintain their quality of life. 100% of our clients say that we help maintain their quality of life and 99% say we treat them with dignity and respect.
We provide carers of all ages with information and advice on what support and services are available to them. This includes help with emergency planning through a “What If? Plan”. We run groups for people with care needs which are staffed by our trained care workers. There are a number of ways in which we can help carers have breaks as we know breaks are essential. They give carers time to take part in a hobby, attend appointments, meet friends or rest at home knowing they can switch off for a few hours.
We offer support throughout Cambridgeshire, Peterborough and Norfolk.
