Our fully trained, CRB checked and referenced professionals can be relied upon to establish and consistently provide a customer focused support plan that fully meets the clients and their family’s needs. We offer a wide range of services tailored to our client’s individual needs. Supporting with services that range from one 30 minute visit a week to 24-hour care. Examples of the support we provide include:
- Companionship
- Personal care and hygiene – Assistance with washing, toileting etc.
- Assistance with getting up / going to bed
- Medication management
- Meal preparation
- Community support – accessing Day Centre’s, Doctors appointments etc.
- Domestic duties – light housework, laundry etc
- Shopping
- Providing support to attend social led activities i.e. meals, afternoons/days out run by ourselves on a regular basis throughout the year.
