My career has always been centred around people. For more than 10 years, I’ve worked in sales and recruitment, helping people find the right opportunities while building strong relationships and providing a high level of service. I also ran my own food catering business for three years, which gave me first-hand experience of running a customer-focused business and understanding what good service really means. I studied finance at Coventry University, which gave me a good understanding of how to run a successful and sustainable business. Today, I’m proud to be the area manager at Clarity Homecare Northampton, bringing a trusted home care service to the local community. My aim is to provide reliable, compassionate care that helps people stay independent in their own homes. It’s equally important to me that families feel confident knowing their loved ones are receiving the support they need.

I had my interview and training with Clarity Homecare today, and I had such a positive experience. I was feeling very anxious before I arrived, but Danny and Karan made me feel so welcome and relaxed from the moment I got there. They were kind, patient, and supportive, and I never felt under any pressure.
Danny was especially lovely, and the training with him was actually fun. He explained everything clearly, made everyone feel included, and created a relaxed atmosphere that really helped settle my nerves. Karan was also very friendly and supportive throughout the day.
