From my experience as a carer visiting various homes, the services here are top class. All residents are treated as elites. Staff are well trained and courteous. Management is supportive and friendly. My number one choice for anyone seeking a home for their loved one.

EMA Patient Transport's Managing director Sam Easy was at a brilliant networking breakfast event here on the 25th July. What a superb event with a superb host in Louise Palmer and wonderful refreshments on offer too. Great to speak with like minded business individuals at the event, would definitely recommend going to the next one!

My mother moved into Cliveden Manor shortly after it opened. She was beginning to struggle a bit at home, but was fiercely independent and really needed the ‘best of both worlds’ … somewhere where she could be looked after, but wouldn’t feel she was giving up her independence. We were delighted and relieved to find this with Cliveden Manor. Mum has made some lovely friends and enjoyed many of the activities on offer. She has a large, lovely room with her own things around her. One of the things we all really liked was the fact she could make herself a cup of tea in her own room when she wanted to! As a family we are just all so relieved she is safe and happy. Now mum is having more care and we have also got to know the staff; they are a fantastic team and nothing is too much trouble.

I have nothing but praise for those that work and care for the residents at Cliveden Manor. All staff from housekeeping, catering, activities, receptionists, carers and nurses have gone over and above in caring for my parents and making them feel very welcome and settled in their new home. The standard of care and nursing is of a high quality and individually tailored for each resident. There are a myriad of activities each day ranging from scrabble, poetry and local trips all to meet the residents needs. The care I have observed and experienced has allayed any anxieties I had for my parents. I cannot recommend the home more highly.

Extremely disappointing levels of care. If you are considering Cliveden Manor for a loved one, be very aware that all that glitters is not gold. High turnover of senior staff, poor communication, serious failures in the level of care provided and too many agency staff. Would recommend you look elsewhere.
