We have had Diamond look after my 93 year old Grandad for 12 months now. I cannot begin to tell you how fantastic the team that cares for him is. I trust and rely on them so much. I could not recommend them highly enough. They made a massive fuss of him for his birthday and decorated his living room. Here is a picture of a happy, well looked after grandad ♥️

Management are great, very responsive, kind, caring and compassionate. Very accommodating with our requests. Carers are also kind, caring and compassionate. Having the same carer every week is great as it gives amazing continuous care without having to explain things every week. Thank you diamond care solutions for making a hard situation easy to manage.

Diamond Care has been providing care to our mother who suffers from Alzheimer’s disease for almost a year. The care provided has been of outstanding quality. The staff have treated our mother with respect, kindness and dignity. They continue to adapt and tailor the care to her ever changing care requirements. The care manager, Nadine, has extensive knowledge of medical conditions and their treatment due to her experience as a nurse. She is absolutely fantastic and has a very personalized approach to providing care ensuring she personally visits the patient and provides care herself regularly so that she understands their care needs and can also advise the carers. We would highly recommend this company to anyone looking for a care provider. Thank you to the whole team at Diamond Care who work so hard to support us on this difficult journey.

Very responsive, helpful and flexible with accommodating the care needs of the service user. The carer is punctual, caring and very engaging with great communication skills and a positive personality. I will definitely recommend their service
