Our Staff
We always aim to introduce a care worker who will enrich and improve our clients’ lives. As such, we only recruit the very best care staff, who have a minimum of 12 months of experience before joining us.
Our ‘ state-of-the-art training facility, Stirling Academy, located in Cambridge, provides all our Care workers with the vital enhanced skills and updated training they require. Our field-based team leaders and customer feedback maintain an exemplary standard of care.
From administering medication and cooking healthy and nutritious meals to safely using hoists, our intensive training programmes ensure our support team keep our clients safe and happy, whilst respecting their dignity.

We are constantly seeking new ways to drive improvement in the quality and safety of the services we provide, as well as the experience of people who use our service. Under the guidance of registered nurse and Director of Operations, Caroline Freeman, we ensure that we have effective governance which provides assurances in our auditing systems and processes whilst monitoring and mitigating any risks relating to the health, safety and welfare of our clients.
Funding your care
Together, we create a bespoke support plan for you, accommodating your support needs and budget. With a live-in carer, you are in control and we will happily evolve your care package over time.
At an initial consultation, we will take you through our pricing for live-in care and provide you with a copy of our current charges. Once an assessment is completed, we will provide you with a full quote enabling you to budget easily.
