Manager

Fiona’s career within the healthcare industry has spanned many years. She has previously worked in clinical practice as a Nurse and continues to retain her nursing registration. Having developed and delivered clinical training programmes for blue-chip medical device companies, she then continued to launch her own training and consultancy company (First4Success Ltd) to provide healthcare training and specialist advice to both healthcare professionals and medical device manufacturers. Fiona is a Director and both the nominated individual and Registered Manager of First4Homecare Ltd and her extensive skill set and leadership qualities enable her to lead, support and develop her care team to provide high quality care across our client base.

Steve Hodder

Managing Director Steve Hodder is responsible for Operations, Finance and Business Development for First4Homecare. Steve has spent the majority of his working career within the media industry in senior operational management positions and has had a successful career working for some of the largest broadcast companies in the UK including BBC, ITV and Channel 4. Prior to launching First4Homecare, Steve has been running his own media company focused on the production of training videos to promote best practice for the healthcare and medical device industry as well as providing consultancy and project management services within Broadcast Television Operations.
