What an amazing care home. I have left this review some time, but felt like now was the right time. My dad sadly passed away in March this year, but I can honestly say the support the care home gave from start to finish was awesome. He loved it there and we felt supported throughout. Thank you for caring for my dad (Ryszard) you were greatly appreciated!

Very impressed when I visited a friend in 2024 apart from when taking in a shopping trolley! Frowned upon for some reason. Also told in no uncertain terms that my visit was too close to lunch time. When I tried to visit again this year my friend of over 50 years, I was informed curtly he no longer lived there. No explanation due to GDPR - which I appreciate. However several friends and I subsequently rang Grove Court for any information as to our friend's whereabouts so that we could send our customary Christmas cards and greetings. Refused any assistance which was upsetting for us all. Our friend would be wondering why we had all ignored him. I was not even told whether he is in private or Council care. Told to speak to his Power of Attorney to which I said we have no idea who that is and that is private matter so we are not interested. There wasn't even a suggestion of us taking stamped cards to Grove Court for the staff to post on to him. Absolutely disgusted. It's clearly more important to follow rule book than consider a former resident's mental health.. No good will there!

This care home is truly exceptional. The staff are not just caregivers—they are like family to the residents. They consistently go above and beyond to ensure everyone feels safe, valued, and genuinely cared for. If a resident requires medical treatment, the team act very quickly, offering reassurance and support while keeping family members fully informed every step of the way. Their passion for what they do shines through in every interaction, and it’s clear they genuinely enjoy their work. The warmth, kindness, and dedication shown by the entire team provide real peace of mind and make this care home a truly wonderful place.

Grove Park Care Home in Leeds exceeded my expectations in every way. The staff were extremely friendly, creating a warm and welcoming atmosphere from the moment I arrived. The activities offered were meaningful and genuinely engaging, providing residents with a variety of enjoyable and stimulating options. The rooms were of excellent quality, spacious, and equipped with en-suite facilities, ensuring both comfort and privacy. The manager Lisa took the time to personally show me around, providing a detailed overview of the services available, including a lovely aviary that added a unique and delightful touch to the home. Overall, Grove Park Care Home combines exceptional care with a comfortable and engaging environment, making it an outstanding choice for anyone seeking a high-quality care facility.

Grove Park is a beautiful care home, the environment is warm, inviting and all the staff are very much welcoming and evidently proud to work at the home. Fabulous and knowledgable management team. I would not hesitate for my loved one to be cared for at Grove Park.
