After working in the Third Sector and Social Care for over twenty years within a wide range of roles, opening Harrington Homecare is a huge achievement for me and our wonderful team. I have experienced what it is like to be a carer and have been presented with the many challenges that this sector faces. I opened Harrington Homecare with a vision to change the way care works, putting an emphasis on plans that are tailored to each individual. I have a huge focus on quality of care and efficiency, believing that every client deserves personalised attention and respect. My team, handpicked for their compassion and expertise, shares this vision. Together, we aim to create an environment where care is not just a service, but a partnership. We prioritise building relationships with our clients, understanding their unique needs, preferences, and life stories.
