Hill House Nursing and Dementia Home is a purpose built, 56 bedroom home. We are committed to the highest standards of care and service, within a friendly and happy, family run home. The home also has an Outstanding rating in Caring and Good Overall from the CQC.
We are constantly aiming to provide an outstanding level of care in a dignified and compassionate way. Hill House combines the best facilities and equipment in a comfortable home with competent well trained, experienced staff. The full time activities team ensure there is a diverse activities programme for the residents. The programme provides many opportunities to socialise. Residents can participate as they wish and supported if they choose to pursue their own interests. Outside there are beautiful landscaped gardens and courtyards planted all with year-round colour which are accessed by level, flat paths.
Experienced, qualified nurses and well trained carers strive to improve the quality of life for those who have chosen to live at the home. Our approach is not one routine fits all, but rather a more personal care plan that makes allowances for the individuals’ preferences, needs and concerns. Residents are at the centre of the home and at the heart of all we do. They help to create our Chef’s menu’s and the activities programme.
