Home Instead provided lovely companions to visit my mum and take her out to the theatre and to her dementia group every week. They were reliable and built good relationships with my mum, keeping me well informed about any issues. When mum's symptoms worsened, they were able to provide a bit of extra support getting her up in the morning so that she could still get out and about. Would recommend!

Working alongside Home Instead in the Wolverhampton area has been exceptional. The Director Pram and Client Care Consultant Emma have shared knowledge and passion to help seniors within a home care setting. It is fantastic to see the carers from home instead in action with residents at Foxland Grange who still commit to companionship and have a fantastic bond with residents. It is so important to trust in a carer within a home setting when a senior is vulnerable and Home Instead accomplish this daily. We will continue to recommend a great service of home care and thank you for your ongoing support in working together and helping the community.

Home Instead Home Care and Dementia Care Wolverhampton, Wombourne and Kinver have cared for our dad for nearly a year now. I cannot say enough wonderful things about the kindness, professionalism and level of care that their team provide for him. We have come to see them as family - and our dad really looks forward to their daily visits. For us, it is peace of mind that our lovely dad is being cared for in this way - we could not ask for more.

Home Instead are a great care organisation. Their carers looked after our mom Delta McKenzie brilliantly. Moms specific care needs were always met, especially from a cultural perspective, which was very important. From the first day that moms care was started by Home Instead there was never any problems regarding carers. They were more like family. When ever additional support was needed for mom,I only had to give them a call and there was always a friendly reassuring voice at the other end of the phone, who helped provide that support as well as a listening ear. I would like to take this opportunity to say a very huge and grateful thank you to all the Home Instead carers especially to Joy Michelle and Lucie in the office. Home Instead provide care and support just as you would want it to be; I would highly recommend them. From the initial enquiry, through the detailed and personal assessment, to the delivery of care, they've been professional, responsive, and compassionate, and have done everything they said they would do. Dad started having a couple of Home Instead companionships visits about 12 months ago, which have now increased to several visits a week, providing lots of different types of assistance. Dad likes his regular team very much and looks forward to them coming. The office staff are always helpful, flexible, and prompt in their response, and are equally good at correcting the occasional small error. I think it's fair to say that Dad would now have great difficulty in staying at home without their skilful and kind input, for which we are all very grateful. They really have made it possible for him to stay at 'Home Instead'. Thank you!
