Hub Care Support Mid & South Bucks helps people find flexible support at home from independent Personal Assistants in the local area. We understand that choosing support for yourself or someone close to you can feel like a big step. Our role is to help make that process clearer, easier and more reassuring.

You choose the Personal Assistant you feel is right, and the practical details such as days, times, tasks and rates are agreed directly between you and the PA. A personal assistant may be able to help with personal care, companionship, domestic tasks, meal prep, medications and transport. Many personal assistants support clients who may be older, have conditions such as dementia and support adults with disabilities.

Flexible visits, overnight and live in

Every personal assistant has been independently vetted and approved by the Quality Care Approval Scheme ensuring they have enhanced DBS, training in at least 20 subjects, verified references, ID checks and right to work in the UK.

We take the time to speak personally with every person interested in support, understanding their unique circumstances so they can choose the best personal assistant to support them.

I have used The Hub to provide both short-visit and live-in care for my mother. I have found the staff to be both friendly and helpful, as well as having endless patience. Any issues or challenges I have had, they have worked tirelessly to resolve. I would certainly recommend The Hub to those people needing care for their elderly relatives.

Registering as a PA has been a great experience from start to finish with Larissa and the team. Any questions I have are answered quickly and I know moving forwards they are only a phone call away so I have ongoing support readily available. For both the PA's and service users, I think Hub Care Support offers a great service that you don't always find with other care providers. 5 stars!

The joining process was easy and well organised. Larissa and the team were very welcoming and continue to be very supportive. If you want to work with great people while remaining self employed then Hub care is recommended. They provide good training opportunities too.

I have recently become a PA through Hub Care Support and Larissa supported me throughout the application process and induction, to a high standard. Introducing me to the processes and systems and the friendly team, making the whole experience a positive one. Thank you. I would highly recommend Hub Care Support if you are considering becoming a PA.

I would like to pass my sincere and heartfelt thanks and gratitude to Hub Care Support and the amazing team of PAs who have looked after my dad. Mihaela, Anna, Harpreet and Dee have been our core team of support. Not only have they cared compassionately for dad, they have arrived with smiles, comfort and a well needed hug during the most difficult of times. Myself and my siblings have often breathed a sigh of relief when they have arrived and knowing they were with dad when we weren't, was hugely reassuring. I will never forget the part they played in keeping dad safe and comfortable right to the very end. Thank you doesn't really cover it but a huge thanks to them all and the whole team at Hub Care Support.
