Infinite Care Network is a home care provider based in Hersham, Surrey, offering visiting care, live-in care and support at home. Support can include personal care, medication, meal preparation, shopping, appointments, companionship, respite, overnight care, dementia support, hospital-to-home support and palliative or end-of-life care.

 

Not every visit is just about personal care. Carers can accompany someone for a walk or lunch, to church, appointments, social activities, concerts or days out. Support for trips and holidays can also be arranged, including companionship while travelling.

 

Infinite Care Network is a small team, with the Registered Manager remaining directly involved with clients and families. She takes part in assessments and reviews and keeps in contact when needs or circumstances change.

Local home care is available in Walton-on-Thames, Hersham, Weybridge, Byfleet, West Byfleet, Cobham, Esher, East and West Molesey, Thames Ditton, Surbiton, New Malden, Leatherhead, Sunbury-on-Thames and Sutton.

Infinite Care Network is also an approved provider on the NHS Devon Integrated Care Board Framework for Live-in Care and Complex Care. Live-in care can also be arranged in other areas depending on availability and the support required.

Before care starts, the team meets with the person and, where appropriate, their family to discuss what help is needed, their usual routine and how they would like their support arranged.

Larisa Loredana Marcu

Manager

Larisa has worked in health and social care for more than 18 years. She started in frontline care and has worked in care homes, community care and the NHS, including as a Senior Healthcare Assistant at St Helier Hospital.

She later moved into care coordination and management. During the COVID-19 pandemic, Larisa worked with hospital discharge teams and local authorities, helping to arrange care for people returning home and coordinating care staff during a particularly difficult time for health and social care.

Larisa started Infinite Care Network in 2023 and remains closely involved in the day-to-day running of the service. She meets new clients and families, carries out assessments and reviews, supports the care team and gets involved personally when something needs sorting out.

She holds a BA (Hons) in Health and Care Management, Level 2, 3 and 5 qualifications in Health and Social Care and a Level 7 Diploma in Business Administration. She has also continued her studies in Law.

Larisa likes to know the people using the service and what is happening with their care. Clients and families will often speak with her directly, rather than only seeing her name as the Registered Manager on paperwork.

Dixita Naik-Care Coordinator

Dixita joined Infinite Care Network as a Care Coordinator in 2026 and helps with the everyday organisation of the service.

She has a healthcare background and holds a Bachelor of Ayurvedic Medicine and Surgery. She is currently studying for an MBA in Global Healthcare Management and Leadership at Coventry University.

Before joining Infinite Care Network, Dixita worked in nursing home and healthcare settings, where she gained experience working alongside healthcare professionals, looking after documentation and keeping in contact with patients and families.

At Infinite Care Network, Dixita helps with care plans, rotas, client records and the many day-to-day things that come with organising care. She keeps in touch with carers, clients and families and follows up when something changes or needs attention.

Dixita speaks English, Hindi and Marathi. She is calm, friendly and easy to talk to and works closely with Larisa and the care team to keep things organised.
