Our dedicated Customer Relations Manager is Alex Ulatowska, Alex will be your first point of contact for making an enquiry for care at Link House. Alex can also help you through the whole journey of moving into our home, this includes: Answering any questions you have, helping to organise the move into our home and to ensure you or your loved one settles into life at Link House. All our Customer Relations Managers are Dementia Friends or Dementia Champions and will happily share their knowledge and experience of caring for people who are living with dementia. Whether it’s signposting, assistance and advice or just a friendly ear, Alex is here to talk you through anything you need.
