Coronavirus Info

Meadowbeck is a modern, purpose-build home that provides high quality nursing care.

Located in Osbaldwick village, the home is on the outskirts of the beautiful and historic city of York.

At Meadowbeck, we have a team of highly-qualified staff, who are committed to providing the highest quality of care. Moreover, our aim is to empower residents to maintain independence and dignity in a safe and comfortable setting.

Additionally, at Meadowbeck we will create a care plan tailored for each person, where we focus on their individual needs. Our person-centred approach can be seen in everything we do.

Furthermore, at Meadowbeck our activities team are great at building the activities programme around the likes and interests of our residents. We feel it’s important that those we support can enjoy an active and social lifestyle. Of course, for those who prefer peace and quiet, we always encourage a nice cup of tea and a chat.

Additionally, all of our food is made from the best fresh produce and cooked to the highest quality. A great deal of care is taken to accommodate all dietary requirements, and our meals are always prepared with the likes and dislikes of residents taken into consideration.
