Egle brings over 17 years of experience in the care industry. Throughout her career, Egle has managed a variety of care services and supported diverse client groups with compassion and professionalism. She holds a City & Guilds Level 5 Diploma in Leadership for Health & Social Care and a Master’s degree in Business Management, equipping her with a strong foundation in both care delivery and organisational leadership. Egle has a comprehensive understanding of the systems and processes required to deliver safe, effective, and high-quality care. She is especially passionate about person-centred care and is a strong advocate for placing individuals at the heart of every service. This philosophy is reflected throughout her leadership style and all professional communications. Outside of her role, Egle enjoys spending quality time with her grown up daughter and their beloved cats. She has a love for dining out, stays active by going to the gym, and enjoys exploring new places and learning new languages.

Antoinette Dawkins

I am a dedicated Care Coordinator at My Homecare Haringey with over 15 years of experience in the care sector, including 5 years in care coordination and 10 years working directly as a carer. My passion for supporting others is also deeply personal, as I cared for my own mother for 5 years while she lived with dementia, which strengthened my compassion, patience and understanding of the needs of families and individuals receiving care. I am committed to providing high-quality, person-centred support, and outside of work I enjoy reading, watching films, visiting nature reserves and travelling.
